5. Prices and commission

• Platform commission may be added to the service price and paid by the user

6. Cancellation and refund

• Each tour agency has its own refund policy
• Refund upon cancellation depends on the agency's rules
• TripMarket processes refunds technically, but the decision is made by the agency

7. Relationship between user and service provider

Full responsibility for service quality, safety and fulfillment lies with the agency.

TripMarket only handles:

• order delivery
• payment processing
• technical support

8. Limitation of liability

TripMarket is not liable for:

• service quality
• issues arising during the trip
• non-fulfillment of services

All disputes are resolved directly with the service provider.

9. Usage restrictions

An account may be restricted or blocked in the following cases:

• providing false or fraudulent information
• illegal activities detected
• violation of platform rules

10. Personal data

• Your data is processed by the platform
• It is used solely for service delivery purposes
• It is not shared with third parties in violation of the law

11. Intellectual property

All materials on the platform, including design, text and logo:
